Socialmax / Low Inhib

Lookism.cc - Eliminate social anxiety

Inhib/Socialmaxxing = eliminating social anxiety and self-consciousness so you can dominate social settings.

  • Think: no shaky hands, no stuttering, no second-guessing.

  • The goal? Chad-tier charisma where conversations flow effortlessly, and social dominance becomes second nature.

Causes

The main culprits of high-inhib behavior:

  • Overactive amygdala (fear center of your brain)

  • Low dopamine/GABA activity (increased overthinking)

  • Stress hormones like adrenaline (causing physical anxiety symptoms) To fix these, we leverage substances, stacks, and protocols that target these systems directly.

Substances to take

  • Pregabalin (Lyrica):

    • Mechanism: Boosts GABA function, reduces hyperactive nerve signaling.

    • Benefits: Immediate calm, euphoria, reduced overthinking.

    • Dosage: 75-300mg (you can take 500 at a time but i wouldn't recommend it).

      • Baclofen:

        • Mechanism: GABA-B receptor agonist, similar to alcohol’s calming effects.

        • Benefits: High euphoria, Smooth relaxation without brain fog.

        • Dosage: 50mg

          • Propranolol:

            • Mechanism: Beta-blocker that eliminates physical symptoms of anxiety (e.g., shaky hands, racing heart).

            • Benefits: Makes you appear composed and confident.

            • Dosage: 10-40mg before social situation

              • Memantine:

                • Mechanism: NMDA receptor antagonist. Prevents tolerance to other substances and improves cognitive function.

                • Benefits: Long-term anti-tolerance.

                • Dosage: 10mg.

                  • Alcohol (optional):

                    • Mechanism: Enhances GABA, suppresses social anxiety (but with diminishing returns).

                    • Pro Tip: Combine with low-dose meds like Baclofen or Pregabalin for synergy. Avoid overdoing it to prevent sloppy behavior.

Stacks & Protocols for Specific Situations

Protocol 1:

  • Pregabalin: 100mg.

  • Baclofen: 40-50mg.

  • Propranolol: 10mg.

  • Optional: Light alcohol (1-2 drinks MAX).

  • Tera mogger inhib stack (not recommended)

  • Pregabalin: 250mg.

  • Baclofen: 50mg.

  • Lorazespam: 2mg.

  • Memantine: 10mg.

  • Dexamphetamine: 15mg .

  • Lamotrigine: 100mg.

  • Valproate: 1g.

Protocol 3: My personal fav stack 💊 Tip: Add Memantine to prevent tolerance from developing.

  • Pregabalin: 400mg.

  • Baclofen: 50mg.

  • Memantine: 10mg.

  • Avoid alcohol on off days to reset GABA sensitivity.

Preventing Tolerance: The Key to Sustainability

Why tolerance happens: Frequent use of GABA-based substances desensitizes receptors, requiring higher doses for the same effects.

How to prevent it:

  • Memantine: Blocks NMDA receptors, reducing tolerance buildup.

  • Cycling: Use substances only 2-3 days per week.

  • Supplementation: Magnesium, taurine, and NAC (N-acetylcysteine) support brain health and receptor function.
